The wrong rug was sent and when I emailed mentioning this, my message didnât get through because it was undeliverable, even though I sent it to the same email where I had corresponded asking for tracking, which I never received. Customer service seems to be nonexistent. So, Iâm stuck with a rug that I didnât order. And to top it off, that rug seems to be poor quality.
